The services comprise dedicated SCPC, DVB-S2, as well as advanced carrier in carrier services via the state of the art CETel Teleport in Germany. With own iDirect platform on Arabsat 5A the teleport & satellite service provider support hundreds of remotes across Africa & the Middle East.

The CETel Teleport with 14.000 sqm ground and more than 30 antennas on different satellites is connected to 2 x GB, 18 x STM-1 and more than 100 x E1. The multiple TIER-1 IP backbone is directly connected to T-Systems, Vodafone, PCCW and Colt, in addition CETel operates its own PoP at Telehouse North London, UK. The CETel Teleport is also the base of the Network Operation Center (NOC) with 24/7 emergency and helpdesk team that can be called upon any time to provide expert support to help operate and restore communications.
